Q1: What is your warranty terms?
The WARRANTY POLlCY is applicable for any product purchased from us.
X-Apollo Plus series gets two year warranty starts from the date the product is delivered.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For sample order, 2 sets will work. For normal orders, MOQ is 20 sets.
Q3: How do I return the product under warranty?
Firstly, a video showing the product issue will not only help us solve the problems but also improve our technical skills.
Secondly, after we confirmed it is defective bulb, we will ask you to cut the wires of the product and take a picture.
Q4: How do you control outgoing quality?
No.1 we do 100% high temperature test for each batch of our products to support strong maintenance and ensure the functionality.
No.2 we do 48 hours Light On test to age the bulbs and ensure the lifespan of our products.
Q5: What is your lead time?
7-15 business days once you confirmed payment. As for the products we have inventory, we ship within 1-2 days.
Q6: Is X-7SEVEN a real manufacturer? Isn't it a US brand?
It is true that we are located in Anaheim, California, but we own a factory in China because we have a high quality demand for products and Chinese labor costs are cheaper, so we can control quality and lower manufacturing costs as expected.
